Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, performing psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to gather crucial client information.

• Collaborate with each patient to design personalized treatment plans that cater to their individual objectives, cultural background, and mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across individual, couple, family, and group session formats.

• Provide emergency crisis intervention services and work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Document clinical progress accurately, maintaining detailed records such as progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, aligning with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with practical tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.
\n
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes through assessments, making necessary adjustments to therapy approaches based on real-time feedback and clinical data.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices, integrating new findings and methodologies into your therapeutic work to enhance client care.

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality of all client interactions, ensuring a trustworthy therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
