Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mental health services through telehealth, ensuring clients receive timely and effective care regardless of their location.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring each client’s unique goals are prioritized.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and monitor their progress.

• Utilize behavior management strategies to help clients develop coping mechanisms and improve their emotional responses.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting all sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
