What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Support Associate , you'll provide professional support throughout the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Educate clients in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Help determine which available options may fit individual needs
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
