Personal Injury Associate Attorney

The de la Garza Law Group, a Houston-based boutique plaintiff's personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing practice. Responsibilities include - Managing personal injury cases through all phases of litigation Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions Preparing for and arguing hearings Attending mediations and settlement conferences Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy Working directly with clients throughout the litigation process Collaborating closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff Preparing and participating in trial Experience and Qualifications - 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense) Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong oral advocacy and negotiation abilities Experience managing an active litigation docket Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail A strong work ethic, professionalism, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to helping our clients Graduation in the top 50% of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law school, or the top 25% of a Tier 3 or Tier 4 law school Spanish fluency is a plus Compensation & Benefits - $150,000–$250,000+ annually, including performance-based bonuses, commensurate with experience and results Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Paid Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) Professional membership dues, including TTLA and other approved legal organizations Long-term opportunities for professional growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr The de la Garza Law Group
