Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to gather pertinent information, enabling the creation of effective and personalized care strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and goals.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources, facilitating informed decision-making.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current on best practices and emerging research within the mental health field.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and appropriate interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals in a detox program, many of whom may be navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. You will work closely with clients who are in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders, requiring sensitivity, understanding, and a range of therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
