Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual sessions, employing established best practices to develop robust treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each treatment approach is customized to the client's preferences and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment progress and planning effectively to ensure optimal care delivery.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff, to ensure integrated care that addresses both psychological and educational needs.

• Participate actively in case consultation and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within our organization.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and social-emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
