• Experience: Prior hematology experience required, oncology focus preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology and malignant/benign care to diverse patient populations
• Support hospital staff with hematology/oncology procedures and patient management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Support newly building bone marrow program with your hematology expertise
• Manage a full patient load, approximately 11-16 patients per day
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at all times

What You Need

• MN state license (required)
• Prior hematology/oncology inpatient experience (required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong understanding of hematology/oncology practices and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
