Location: Southgate, MI
Position: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $29.47–$39.67/hour (Full License)
Limited License: $27.22–$36.63/hour
Schedule: Days with some evening/weekend hours | 37.5 hours/week
On-Call: None

What You’ll Do

• Provide intake evaluations and individual/group therapy for adults and families.
• Assess client needs and provide outpatient mental health and/or co-occurring substance use services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, families, and other care providers.
• Coordinate discharge planning and maintain professional/ethical standards.
  

What You Need

• Master’s degree in social work , Psychology, or Counseling – Required
• Michigan license: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP – Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with or treating individuals diagnosed with mental illness; internship/fieldwork may count.
• Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with diverse populations
