Sales Executive, Quantum - Washington, DC QxBranch is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue for new and existing accounts in QxBranch's quantum computing solutions. This role will be responsible for executing and refining a sales strategy to grow QxBranch’s quantum computing business solutions. This position is based in Washington DC, with frequent travel within the US and internationally. We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic focused, globally minded Sales Executive. You must have a proven track record in developing relationships in large organizations and selling software and consulting solutions to a range of enterprise customers. Experience should include at least 4 years in sales of software and consulting solutions, with a preference given to applicants who have experience in new customer acquisition for machine learning and optimization solutions with a previous track record of success in the financial services, insurance, oil & gas and pharmaceuticals industry. This is a challenging role within a fast-paced global team at the leading edge of technology. Responsibilities Include: Analyzing markets and potential customer segments to develop sales plans for new business. Providing accurate and timely forecasts of current customer and prospect opportunities and deals. Developing relationships with new leads and prospects driving new customer acquisition. Developing strategic account management plans resulting in protecting, managing and growing existing customer relationships. Leading the development of proposals, balancing commercial outcomes with cost and deadlines. Working with QxBranch’s quantum computing software team defining solution concepts, project resourcing estimates and pricing. Promoting QxBranch through a range of a marketing channels and supporting the development of marketing materials. Developing and maintaining internal and external collaborative relationships. Education and Experience Requirements: Successful track record of driving sales and growing accounts in a highly technical sales arena with enterprise customers. Experience building and managing a sales pipeline to drive quarter over quarter results. Understanding of advanced data analytics concepts including machine learning, high performance computing, industry best-practices, regulations, and industry models. Experience selling to and working with key business, technology and data science executives. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-aligned field with specializations related to computer science preferred. Experience in Business to Business selling. Minimum equivalent of 4 years relevant industry experience. Desired Skills: Market analysis and strategic planning. All aspects of proposal development and client presentation. Ability to demonstrate keen business acumen. Knowledge of the application of data analytics tools and technologies, such as machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and natural language processing. Agile and milestone-driven project management. Proven lead management process experience working with marketing automation and CRM technology.
