Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop tailored therapeutic strategies and treatment plans to guide clients through their mental health challenges.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions encompassing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to deliver rounded and effective client support.

• Monitor the therapeutic progress and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and observed outcomes, engaging clients in their recovery path.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in counseling and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
