Field Sales Account Executive

Now Hiring: Field Sales Account Executive – Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Hellmann solutions and service sales across all product lines, with a focus on Air Freight and Ocean Freight, within the assigned territory and customer base. Proactively drive new business through strategic “hunter” sales activity, building relationships and effectively qualifying prospects to secure profitable opportunities. Develop and grow a customer portfolio aligned with the capabilities and objectives of local Product and Operations leadership. Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring all activities, opportunities, and updates are accurately maintained in the CRM system on a daily basis (required). Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and maintain consistent communication with clients and Hellmann Operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to management on market trends, customer activity, and business development opportunities. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 4–5 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding, or at least 2 years of operational experience within logistics. Strong understanding of logistics processes, systems, and supply chain solutions. Experience with CRM platforms preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset. Proven ability to manage relationships, stay highly organized, and maintain attention to detail. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory (50% or more); valid driver’s license required.
