Responsibilities include: Employee Support & Access Management Oversee badging and access support for employees and visitors Facilities Coordination Manage and respond to facilities tickets and service requests Act as the primary liaison for building‑related needs and issue resolution Workplace Experience & Hospitality Oversee the on‑site micro‑kitchen, ensuring it’s always stocked with snacks and beverages Provide light food & beverage support to enhance daily employee satisfaction Partner closely with janitorial, facilities, and events teams to maintain a clean, welcoming environment Team Leadership Supervise and develop one direct report (Supervisor) Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and service excellence What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
