It's our classes that cultivate a gym community, drive the member experience and separate us from the competition.Benefits/Perks:Great facilities with functional training areas, premier strength equipment, top-of-the-line cardio equipment and moreCompetitive compensation plan plus Bonus potentialComplimentary CPR/AED Re-certificationsBenefits including group health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, time-off benefits like vacation and holidays, and othersComplimentary Crunch gym membershipDiscounts on services, products, and much more!Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Hiring, terminating, scheduling, training and continued development of support staff, including front desk, maintenance and kids crunchConduct a minimum of 3 daily club walk throughs to ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanlinessEnsure the highest levels of customer service with all member interactions and touch pointsAssist in collection of member paymentsEnsure the highest execution of all company and club initiativesMeet deadlines for all company reports and directivesProfessionally handle member concerns as it relates to constructive feedback regarding operations, contract requests, such as freezes, cancellations, and billingDemonstrate ability to operate company tracking and operating systemsEnsure the club meets standards for maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operationsConduct walk through of the club with club mechanic utilizing weekly mechanic checklist and forward relevant information as to expeditiously handle operations issuesReport all equipment and facility issues by utilizing company proceduresEnsure visible maintenance items have proper signage postedTrain opening and closing managers to prepare club for operations readinessExecute the processing/submission and approval of payrollManage employee relation matters such as time and attendance, professional conduct and work performanceEstablish controls of expenses and purchasing of club supplies and maintain at or below budgetFollow up for quick turnaround of items in dis-repairDemonstrate ability to articulate variances in expenses versus budgetCommunicate effectively with above club personnelCommunicate effectively by holding weekly and individual meetings with all key club personnelExperience:At least one year club/gym experience preferredAt least one year management experience preferredFluent in English (proficient reading and writing skills)Excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to successfully multi-taskGood follow up skillsCrunch provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
