What You Will Enjoy Doing

In this role, you will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites. You will solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision. Interact with customers across various production plant types, providing guidance, support, and clear communication. Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities to uphold high standards. Also, you will perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems. Manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems. Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements. And you will drive efficiency through strategic planning and project management, ensuring smooth plant operations.

What Makes You Great

You hold a high school diploma with an associate degree in a technical field preferred, supported by two to five years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments. Demonstrate expertise in instrumentation, control, and general maintenance of industrial equipment. You can apply proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors, with military engineering experience considered an asset. Exhibit strong safety awareness and strict adherence to procedures while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Understand process control schematics and communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written forms. Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft applications and process control systems, combined with strong organizational and time management abilities. Meet physical requirements such as confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights. You must show flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in coverage, ensuring a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operations. Bring familiarity with procurement processes and quality control analyzers, thriving in dynamic conditions involving service truck driving, office tasks, and physical activity.

Open to salary range $70,000 -$90,000.
