Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of resource allocation and the ability to accurately assess resource needs for architectural and design teams, while providing sufficient capacity to realize projects’ goals. In addition, must possess appreciable knowledge of expressions of interest, bids, and requests for proposal documentation, to provide technical support to bid teams to efficiently deliver winning bids. Identify potential leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Negotiate terms and collaborate with partners to maximize mutual benefits. Engage with new clients to introduce the organization’s services or products and secure business. Collaborate with senior management to set targets and define strategic priorities. Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics. Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Create actionable plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones. Skills and Qualifications Demonstrate proper judgement and decision-making skills when necessary. Work collaboratively in a team environment in which team members are mutually accountable for the team’s success. Produce significant volume of work efficiently in a specific period. Punctual, honest and displaying cohesion in work. Proven to be nimble and easily adapt to scenarios outside normal work duties. Ability to make plans, schedule tasks, and set appropriately timed goals. Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Possess a good understanding of responsibilities. Produce accurate, thorough and neat work. Seek out new assignments and assume additional duties when necessary.
