Compensation: COMMISSION BASED, 2 WEEK PAID TRAINING, BONUSES AND RETIREMENT PROGRAM.

What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving our growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business opportunities.
- Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborating with our marketing, logistics and production teams to provide customer feedback and improve our offerings.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is driven, resilient, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate has:
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding target goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong, self-assured, professional and persuasive approach to sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software & similar technology.
- A "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own day.
- Driver’s license & personal transportation a must.
- Bi-Lingual a plus but not required.
