Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing effective evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual, maintaining flexibility in your approach while remaining solution-focused.

• Document and manage confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient privacy and data security.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in a cohesive treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to improve care quality.

• Provide education and support to both patients and their families, equipping them with valuable insights regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment paths, and available resources within the community.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the mental health field, applying this knowledge to enhance therapeutic practices and patient care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will comprise a diverse array of individuals confronting various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship issues. Your compassionate approach will help clients build resilience, instill hope, and empower them to achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling a strong rapport with clients and collaborators alike.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective identification of treatment needs and adjustment of therapeutic strategies.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative setting, promoting teamwork and support among colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferable, as well as familiarity with relevant digital tools and platforms for therapy delivery.

• Knowledge and experience in implementing various therapeutic modalities that address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and familiarity with providing crisis intervention when required.
