Job Description We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide responsive, professional support to customers throughout their experience with the company. This position involves regular customer interaction, answering questions, providing information, addressing routine concerns, and helping ensure customers receive consistent and reliable service. The Customer Success Representative will communicate directly with customers while working with internal teams to resolve requests and keep customer needs moving toward a timely resolution. Responsibilities include: Communicate directly with customers regarding questions, requests, and service needs Provide clear information about available products, services, and company processes Assist customers in identifying the appropriate options based on their needs Respond to general account and service inquiries Help customers navigate routine processes and procedures Follow up with customers regarding open questions or outstanding requests Maintain a friendly and professional approach during every interaction Listen to customer concerns and determine appropriate next steps Coordinate with other departments when additional assistance is required Keep customers informed while requests are being addressed Document customer conversations, questions, and outcomes accurately Update customer and account information as necessary Gather feedback regarding customer experiences and common concerns Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member Assist with customer onboarding and general account support Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and customer information Support additional customer-related activities as needed Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the workday Strong listening and interpersonal skills Ability to explain information clearly and confidently Good organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities Dependable follow-through and time management Patient and solution-oriented approach to customer concerns Ability to work effectively with other team members and departments Comfortable learning and using customer management systems Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, client services, retail, sales support, or another customer-facing environment is helpful but not required Competitive compensation Employee recognition programs Team events and company activities Collaborative and customer-focused work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Market Value
