Director of Technology Operations

Responsibilities: Lead and co‑own technology project plans for the deployment of the Medical Brain at clients’ sites Engage with clients and their IT Leadership Teams to assess intersections of clients’ technology ecosystem with the Medical Brain such as local networks, clients’ cloud systems, EHRs and healthcare data Collaborate with the Medical Brain’s Clinical and Account Management Teams in initial deployment and ongoing technology management of clients’ use of the Medical Brain Coordinate technical projects and issue resolution with client’s IT teams and the Medical Brain’s Account Management Teams Coordinate technical projects and issue resolution of the Medical Brain’s extensive data interoperability capabilities and platform Collaborate with internal HIPAA and cybersecurity compliance teams and vendors Manage a team of field engineers engaged in various activities above Requirements and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or a related field from an accredited US university Proficiency and deep understanding of the use of various clinical or administrative software such as EHRs, PMs, LIS or CDS platforms at a Hospital, Physician Practice or equivalent Proficiency and deep understanding of various healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR 7+ years of relevant experience at a healthcare software company or at a healthcare technology firm, Hospital, Physician Practice or equivalent Deep understanding of and experience with cybersecurity in healthcare including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 and related compliance measures Experience in leadership and project coordination of software deployment projects Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams as well as clients and clients’ IT Teams Company Description At Health Precision, we are reshaping the future of healthcare.
