Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients coping with family dynamics, relationship issues, anxiety, and other life challenges.

• Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that promote holistic well-being.

• Innovate and incorporate new therapeutic techniques to improve clinical outcomes, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

• Document therapy session details and client progress conscientiously using our practice management software to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse populations including adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Tennessee License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
