UX Designer

UX DesignerWe are seeking an experienced UX Designer to design intuitive, human-centered experiences for an Enterprise AI Agentic Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX/UI design for enterprise applications, AI-assisted workflows, and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to create accessible, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces that promote trust, transparency, and adoption of AI-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive user experiences for Enterprise AI platforms, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, workflow screens, and enterprise applications.Conduct user research and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and workflow requirements.Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and detailed design specifications.Define UX patterns that support AI explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and responsible AI adoption.Design responsive, accessible, and role-based interfaces for enterprise users.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation and design consistency.Conduct usability testing, accessibility reviews, and stakeholder validation sessions, incorporating feedback into iterative designs.Maintain and evolve design systems, reusable UI components, style guides, and accessibility standards.Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design best practices.Present design concepts and rationale effectively to business and technical stakeholders.Required Skills6+ years of UX/UI design experience for enterprise applications, workflow platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.Strong expertise in: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other modern UX/UI design and prototyping tools.Strong knowledge of: Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframing, Interaction Design, Responsive Design, and Design Systems.Experience designing: AI-assisted user experiences, conversational interfaces, AI Agent workflows, enterprise dashboards, and role-based applications.Understanding of: Conversational UX, AI Explainability, Human-in-the-loop workflows, Trust-centered interface design.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Experience, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience conducting: User Research, Journey Mapping, Usability Testing, Accessibility Reviews, Stakeholder Design Validation.Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated enterprise environments is preferred.Ability to simplify complex business workflows into intuitive, accessible digital experiences.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
