Sample Admin Specialist- Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Log samples into Lab Management Information System using client submission forms and assign testing accordingly
• Label samples, perform audit steps, and identify discrepancies in documentation
• Maintain sample integrity through proper storage, inventory management, and reconciliation
• Read and follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate with sample managers, project managers, and client staff regarding sample status

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficiency with personal computers and ability to learn software programs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
