Housing Stability Case Manager - Impactful Community Care
The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager to support clients’ housing stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration. The role partners with clients who are homeless to assess barriers to housing and coordinate services to sustain housing retention. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, coordinating with DMH/DHS, and promoting client choice and harm-reduction within a trauma-informed framework.
