Work Environment

This position is onsite, with a focus on home care settings, allowing our therapists to deliver personalized care in the comfort of our clients' homes. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, promoting work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flexibility Plus Rehab, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, particularly children, assessing their unique needs and challenges.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that encompass specific physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Regularly reassessing patients to monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and goal achievement.
• Documenting patient interactions comprehensively, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic record systems effectively.
• Educating patients and their families about recovery processes, challenges, and home exercises, ensuring they are well-informed and invested in their health journey.
• Meeting productivity targets while aligning with business goals, engaging in continuous improvement discussions with your peers.
• Coordinating with other specialists within the organization to streamline care for clients receiving multiple services.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure from the New Jersey Board of Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Willingness to perform evaluations and treatment sessions both in-person and through telehealth platforms when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
