About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the enterprise-wide finance transformation of a rapidly growing technology services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class finance organization to support the company's aggressive acquisition strategy and future growth. This includes leading a high-performing finance and accounting team, establishing and professionalizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and best-in-class accounting practices. The role also involves driving the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, standardizing accounting policies, and overseeing the implementation of scalable systems to support the company's expansion. Applicants for the SVP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including 3-4 years in public accounting with a Top 20 firm, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing monthly closes, multi-entity consolidations, and leading finance teams within private equity-backed or acquisitive organizations. Experience in NetSuite implementation, ERP transformation, and acquisition integration is also highly valued. The role demands a leader with strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise, the ability to build and scale finance infrastructure, and a strategic partner who can provide financial insights and support to the company's leadership, lenders, and investors.
