Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and challenges. \n Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. \n Document all sessions accurately in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring thorough accounts of client progress and treatment effectiveness. \n Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create an integrated support network for clients. \n Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines to protect the sensitive information of clients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work closely with clients facing a diverse array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, allowing for a rich therapeutic environment where you can develop a deep understanding of different perspectives and needs. Your expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate their challenges, thereby contributing to positive changes in their lives. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required. \n Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. \n A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of diverse therapeutic approaches. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening. \n Ability to adapt counseling techniques to suit a wide range of client needs and preferences. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings. \n Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology. \n Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
