Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapy goals. \n Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies. \n Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to help clients navigate relationship dynamics, improve communication skills, and resolve conflicts. \n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tracking progress and adjusting goals as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. \n Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective responses. \n Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making and resilience. \n Maintain accurate, confidential client records including assessment documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal requirements. \n Adhere to all ethical guidelines in practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent throughout the counseling process. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
