Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including both individual and group therapy sessions, to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health care professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care that supports clients holistically.

• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to confidentiality and record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing an array of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients may include individuals facing issues such as trauma, substance abuse, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. Your therapeutic approach will aim to create a safe space for clients to express themselves, explore their feelings, and develop coping strategies to improve their mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license of LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to practice as a mental health professional.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in providing mental health therapy, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients from various backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is preferred but not a requirement for application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
