Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of clients' mental health challenges, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and aspirations, ensuring evidence-based methodologies are adopted for maximum efficacy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, leveraging crisis protocol guidelines to stabilize clients effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate electronic health records, including assessments, treatment plans, and client progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and community resources, to formulate integrated care strategies and address clients’ full spectrum of needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and resource availability, while advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay up to date with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as children and adolescents in need of emotional and behavioral support. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and personal growth among clients—helping them to navigate their individual challenges through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) with an active license in California.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Hold a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
