Senior Inside Business Development Manager

AbbVie seeks a Senior Inside Business Development Manager in Austin, TX to drive revenue for its facial aesthetics portfolio through phone-based sales and business development. The hybrid role focuses on achieving quarterly quotas, educating aesthetic customers on products like BOTOX and JUVÉDERM, and identifying portfolio growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and manage assigned quarterly sales quotas across facial aesthetics portfolio
• Develop and execute independent call and business development plans for customer accounts
• Provide product education and procedure training on indications, contraindications, and safety
• Support customer marketing strategies including website, social media, and patient segmentation
• Collaborate with regional managers and field sales teams to drive sales objectives and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience required
• Track record of earning strong commissions and independent work capability
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel by air or car up to 15-20% of the time
• Experience in aesthetics or healthcare industry preferred
• Two years inside sales experience preferred
