We’re seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to motivate an amazing team while managing daily operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen. Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen Supervise and mentor line staff Assist in food prep, line management, inventory, and on‑the‑spot solutions Maintain operational standards and quality Collaborate with creative chefs to deliver unique culinary experiences Qualifications Minimum 2 years of culinary work experience Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and leadership Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation ServSafe Manager Certification required Pay Range $75,000–$82,000 per year Starwood Hotels is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
