We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products, equipment, and structural components. Key Responsibilities

• Read Blueprints: Interpret architectural, mechanical, and structural blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. [1]
• Fabricate Components: Measure, mark, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery (shears, brakes, rollers). [1]
• Install Systems: Assemble and install HVAC ductwork, panels, flashing, and supportive frameworks on-site. [1, 2, 3]
• Join Materials: Fasten seams and joints securely using welding, riveting, soldering, bolting, and metal drive clips. [1]
• Maintain Quality: Inspect completed work to ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. [1, 2, 3]
• Collaborate Daily: Coordinate effectively with the job site foreman, supervisors, and other construction trades to maximize productivity. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of [Insert e.g., 2–4] years of experience working as a sheet metal mechanic or fabricator.
