Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Provide individual therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in personal development and mental health recovery.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly tracking and updating their progress toward achieving these objectives.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to support clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer virtual engagements.

• Participate in team meetings, including group supervision and one-on-one meetings with clinical supervisors, to promote continuous learning and professional development.

• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with different needs, providing personalized care that respects each individual's unique circumstances and experiences. Your expertise in individual and couples therapy will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• A valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is between USD 80,000 and USD 101,000 annually, based on experience and productivity.
