Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)

Position Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing front desk operations, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to different departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We're seeking an energetic, professional, and reliable individual to join our team.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, packages, etc.).
Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling appointments.
Organize and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
Coordinate visitor access and maintain sign-in records.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in reception or customer service.
Fluent bilingual (English & Spanish) - required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Energetic personality and positive attitude.
Must have consistent attendance and reliability.
