We are seeking a bubbly, friendly, and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing urgent care team! This role is extremely important - you are the face and voice of our clinic and the first impression our patients receive.

REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ):

• Fluent in BOTH English & Spanish (REQUIRED)
• • If you are not bilingual, please do not apply
• Positive, upbeat, and professional personality
• Comfortable using computers & electronic systems
• Willing to go the extra mile for patients and team members

PREFERRED (Not Required):

• Prior front desk experience in a medical setting
• Experience verifying insurance
• Workers’ compensation communication with adjusters

No medical front desk experience?

• No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones professionally
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance
• Communicating with insurance companies & workers’ comp adjusters
• Collecting copays
• Managing electronic records
• Providing excellent customer service

PAY:

• $15/hour – No experience (training provided)
• Up to $18/hour – For highly experienced candidates
