Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions and job families. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while balancing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting across multiple job families, such as healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or corporate functions Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar roles and industries Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Key Traits Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, changing environments Strong partnership and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates Ability to provide professional guidance and push back when appropriate Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive approach to sourcing and talent pipeline management Preferred Qualifications Experience with Eightfold or similar ATS/CRM platforms Experience recruiting for technical, data, or specialized professional roles Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and talent market Experience With Full-cycle recruiting Candidate sourcing & screening ATS/CRM systems Interview coordination Hiring manager partnership Talent pipeline development Offer negotiation Communication & relationship building Time management & organization Multi-requisition management Recruiting across diverse job families Employment law & compliance The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
