You’ll gain exposure to month-end close activities while working with established accounting systems and tools. Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator role? Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries. Process invoices and maintain accurate vendor records. Follow up with vendors regarding invoice status, payment questions, and account discrepancies. Assist with month-end closing activities and related accounting tasks. Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed. Qualifications For the Accounts Payable Coordinator: Previous Accounts Payable or accounting support experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Sage 300 is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
