Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Bright Mind Counseling, you will primarily work with carefully screened adult clients characterized by low acuity. Our selection process ensures that clients requiring higher levels of care are referred elsewhere, allowing you to focus on those with stable mental health conditions. This enables you to apply your expertise in a context where your contributions can be maximally effective. Additionally, we prioritize matching counselors with clients that align with their specific specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
