Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health struggles, strengths, and available support networks.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and incorporate interventions suited to their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support as necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client welfare.

Compensation and Benefits\n
