Pricing Manager

Pricing ManagerWe are looking for a Pricing Manager that will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategy by having an in-depth understanding of the market and overall business goals. You will align with key leadership to provide insight and continually improve pricing models. The ideal person will have the ability to work with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to increase efficiency, identify risk and opportunity, provide analysis, and ultimately make recommendations to optimize our overall pricing strategy.Responsibilities: Pricing ManagerManaging total pricing strategy, defining business procedures, evaluating resource requirements, and ensuring timely response to market conditions.Conducting predictive and financial analysis to provide relevant insights to drive changes and enhancements of the pricing model. Identifying, evaluating, and moving the business forward based upon market trends and opportunities.Conducting field research and cost revisions to understand the going rates for similar products in the industry to remain competitive.Developing customer-specific pricing information by analyzing customer characteristics and requirements, operational capabilities, and historical data to achieve company profits.Collaborating with sales leadership, etc. to ensure an integrated profit-maximizing approach to the market.Analyzing the financial impact of the pricing approach in view of product history and profitability of our customers and company.Establishing robust, repeatable, and sustainable audit processes to ensure pricing accuracy.Support Sales organization on pricing negotiations and evaluation of customers' proposals.Build a continuous improvement culture by proactively developing processes and tools to influence and deliver the most relevant pricing strategy.Develop a strong working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems for pricing and invoicing scenarios.Support the annual budget process and sales staff on pricing issues as needed.Be a subject matter expert for all things related to Pricing.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements: Pricing ManagerBachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.4+ years of relevant work experience, with proven experience in developing and executing pricing strategies.Strong ability with MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.Ability to communicate and collaborate, with impact on a variety of audiences.Leadership Experience Preferred
