Sales (Power Electronics Industry)

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (open major; majors in Power Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines are preferred). Experience: 2+ years of overseas sales experience; relevant sales experience in the power electronics industry is highly preferred. Core Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with solid market analysis and judgment capabilities; good understanding of the North American market and customer landscape. Soft Skills: High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, and a dedicated customer service mindset. Adaptability: Resilient under pressure; willingness to travel overseas and flexibility to work across North American time zones. Language: English as a primary working language. Market Development: Conduct in-depth market research to broadly collect customer and user intelligence; actively expand end-customers and sales channels in the region. Consultative Sales & Revenue Target: Drive sales through professional consultative selling approaches by accurately identifying customer needs, presenting the value of products and services, and consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Account Strategy & Execution: Analyze key accounts holistically (including organizational structures, business requirements, and key stakeholders' preferences) to identify breakthrough opportunities and advance sales pipelines effectively. Market & Competitor Intelligence: Gather timely client feedback and monitor competitor dynamics to assist the company in formulating targeted regional market strategies. Cross-functional Coordination: Drive product implementation and qualification at the client side—including R&D testing, verification, and production schedules—by facilitating smooth cross-departmental communication with internal technical/engineering teams.
