Overseas Sales Engineer - Southeast Asia Market

Candidate Requirements

• A national of Malaysia or another Southeast Asian country;
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics, instrumentation, or a related discipline;
• Technical, sales, or customer-facing experience is preferred; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply;
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages in a professional environment;
• Knowledge of Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, or another Southeast Asian language is an advantage;
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, a results-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel within Southeast Asia;
• International project, overseas study, or cross-cultural communication experience is preferred.

For candidates who meet the applicable requirements under Chinese regulations, the employer can provide assistance with the necessary work permit and residence procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributors and customers in Southeast Asian markets and follow up on sales opportunities;
• Manage existing distributors and collaborate with the company’s engineering, marketing, and product development teams;
• Monitor industry and competitor trends and identify potential business opportunities;
• Prepare technical documents and marketing materials in English;
• Visit customers, attend industry exhibitions, and support regional business development.
