Required Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years of relevant banking experience with knowledge of solution implementation, banking products and services, and banking group interrelationships.

Experience coordinating end-to-end client onboarding, including commercial account opening, required documentation, approvals, and internal handoffs.

Experience supporting or managing basic to moderately complex Treasury and Payment Solutions implementations.

Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead onboarding calls, implementation meetings, and client training sessions.

Ability to manage multiple implementations, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and audit-ready documentation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing, also known as UAT, validation, or implementation readiness activities.

Experience working across Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Client Service teams.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

Day to Day We are seeking a Client Onboarding Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and corporate clients throughout the onboarding journey. This individual will coordinate the client experience from initiation through account opening, Treasury and Payment Solutions setup, client training, and transition to ongoing service.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can manage multiple basic to moderately complex implementations, maintain detailed plans and status updates, and coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Client Service, and other internal partners.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations, explaining requirements, identifying risks or documentation gaps, and driving issues toward timely resolution while maintaining a strong client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Own and coordinate the client experience from initiation through implementation and transition to ongoing service.

Manage multiple basic to moderately complex onboarding engagements while meeting established timing, quality, risk, and compliance expectations.

Coordinate commercial account opening activities, required documentation, approvals, dependencies, and internal handoffs.

Manage the setup, configuration, testing, and implementation of basic to moderately complex Treasury and Payment Solutions based on client needs.

Develop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and status updates for clients and internal partners.

Lead client onboarding calls, implementation meetings, and training sessions to support solution adoption and readiness.

Educate clients on product functionality, implementation requirements, operating procedures, and available support resources.

Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Client Service, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to coordinate delivery.

Identify risks, dependencies, documentation gaps, and implementation barriers, then work with the appropriate partners to drive timely resolution.

Ensure client information, legal documentation, setup instructions, and implementation records are complete, accurate, compliant, and audit ready.

Perform or coordinate UAT and other validation activities when required.

Provide post-implementation support, resolve client questions, and help ensure an effective transition to ongoing service.

Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, implementation quality, and client satisfaction.

Use sound judgment to resolve issues within established guidelines and escalate complex or higher-risk matters appropriately.
