Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of seniors, taking into account emotional and social factors that may impact their quality of life.

• Provide ongoing counseling services, offering emotional support to seniors navigating challenges such as health transitions, bereavement, or isolation.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping to facilitate access to essential community resources, healthcare services, and support networks.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
