Customer Service Representative – Regency FurnitureFull-Time Career OpportunityAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Regency Furniture team.In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience, supporting customers both in person and over the phone while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the sales and office teams to keep customer orders moving smoothly from purchase through delivery.If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working as part of a team, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with Regency Management Services.What You’ll DoEnter customer orders accurately and completely into the company systemProcess customer payments and ensure transactions are applied to the proper accountsHandle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with company policiesPrepare daily deposits following company proceduresAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally and promptlySchedule customer deliveries accurately and convenientlyMaintain open orders and communicate order and delivery updates to customersResearch and resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathyComplete daily reports and required office tasksSupport showroom operations, including displays, tagging, and maintaining a customer-friendly environmentWork closely with sales and office team members to support an exceptional customer experienceAssist the Office Manager with additional responsibilities as neededWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and listening skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong cash-handling and basic math skillsAbility to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and other basic figuresStrong organization and multitasking skillsProven problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to use sound judgment when handling customer or vendor questions and concernsPositive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environmentBilingual skills are a plusWhy Join Regency Management Services?We invest in our people through training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
