About the Position

We are seeking a Locum Urology Physician to provide comprehensive urologic care in Longview, WA. This opportunity includes both clinic & operating room responsibilities, with a combination of scheduled clinical shifts and 24 hour call coverage.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable practicing independently and managing a broad range of standard urology procedures. Long term coverage into 2027 is preferred , with potential for ongoing assignment extension.

• Diagnose & treat a broad range of urologic conditions
• Provide outpatient urology clinic care
• Perform inpatient urology consultations
• Provide surgical assistance & operative care
• Perform cystoscopies
• Perform ureteroscopy procedures
• Perform TURP & TURBT procedures
• Perform prostate biopsies
• Perform stent placement
• Perform catheter placement
• Perform ESWL procedures
• Perform circumcision, orchiopexy & hydrocelectomy
• Manage kidney stones & male incontinence
• Diagnose & treat erectile dysfunction
• Perform PVP & litholapaxy procedures
• Provide 24 hour call coverage as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Urology
• Minimum 2 years of urology experience
• Active Washington medical license required
• IMLC candidates may be considered with LOQ in hand
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Must be able to practice independently
• Case list documenting approximately 100 surgical procedures within the previous 24 months required
• Must be comfortable with inpatient & outpatient urology care
• Da Vinci experience is highly preferred but not required
