Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Boca Raton, FL. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, following up on marketing-generated leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with the marketing and account management teams to support campaign success. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and close opportunities. Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering a positive client experience. Proven Lead Generation skills, including qualifying prospects and nurturing them through the sales cycle. Experience with Account Management, including maintaining ongoing relationships and supporting repeat business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident phone presence and presentation abilities. Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, and ability to maintain accurate sales records and reports. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize and work toward defined targets. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is a plus.
