Make a meaningful impact this school year working with students in a dynamic PreK–8 educational setting near Glendale, AZ! This contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for supporting children's communication and language development.

This full-time assignment is set to begin October 12, 2026, and runs through May 20, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek. You’ll work with a varied caseload across preschool and elementary age groups within the district. Exact details of your caseload will be determined upon placement, ensuring a tailored fit for your expertise.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued
• Experience with pediatric and school-based SLP services
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexible and motivated to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students in PreK–8 settings
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support student progress
• Document and report student outcomes and maintain records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
• Support and educate families on strategies to encourage communication skills outside of school
