Nebulas Technology is an IT leader specializing in the Healthcare and Financial technology sectors. Our team provides superior guidance and support for the clients we service. We are searching for smart, fast thinking and disciplined troubleshooter.

You keep things moving. Ensuring tickets are being addresses, SLAs honored, and seamless onboardings you're the person who notices, acts, and gets everyone back on track.

Responsibilities

• Support queue ticket brokering and monitoring
• SLA compliance across multiple queues
• Detailed Inventory tracking
• Data entry across core systems
• Macro understanding of what, how and why we do what we do

Requirements

• 1+ years in IT support, service desk, or operational coordination
• Experience with ticketing and project management platforms like Jira, Asana, monday.com, etc
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow process and protocols.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional and optimistic demeanor at all times and during all interactions
• Experience in Windows operating systems

Bonus points

• Project Management Experience
• Exposure to procurement and vendor contract workflows
• Experience with sourcing external third-party resources to assist with remote field work
• Work experience with managed service providers

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to work from our Babylon, NY office.
