Corporate Receptionist Concierge - Private Equity

Northbound Search is partnering with a respected private equity firm to find an Executive Receptionist for its New York, NY office. This person is the first impression for investors, portfolio company executives, and senior leadership, so polish, discretion, and poise matter.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and host high-profile clients, LPs, and executives with white-glove service
- Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls professionally
- Coordinate conference rooms, catering, and meeting setup for investor and board meetings
- Keep the reception area and client spaces immaculate and presentation-ready
- Support the office and executive assistants with travel, deliveries, and ad hoc projects
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion
Experience
- 2+ years of reception or front-of-house experience in a corporate, financial services, legal, or luxury hospitality setting
- Impeccable professional presence and executive-level polish
- Warm, articulate, and composed under pressure
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook calendaring
- Available to work on-site full time downtown
